Use of contact data published in the legal notice for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.

5. Data Protection Officer

The appointment of a data protection officer is not legally required due to the size of the company and has therefore not taken place.

6. Data Collection on This Website

6.1 Cookies

No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. When you submit the contact form, a temporary technical session cookie is set for spam protection (CSRF token and captcha verification). This cookie does not contain personal data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against abuse).

6.2 Server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:

• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Time of the server request
• IP address (V4, V6)

This website uses IP anonymisation. Your IP address is stored in truncated form. This data is not combined with other data sources and cannot be attributed to a specific person. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6.3 Contact form

If you submit enquiries via the contact form, your details including the contact information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data is not shared without your consent. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time by informal notification by email. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains unaffected. Your data will be retained until you request deletion, withdraw consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies.

6.4 Processing of customer and contract data

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (master data). This is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Customer data is deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

6.5 Data transmission upon contract conclusion

We transmit personal data to third parties only where necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, including where contracts are concluded with one of our subsidiaries. Depending on the payment method chosen, data may be transmitted to the relevant financial institution, and in the case of domain registrations, to the relevant registry. No further transmission takes place unless you have expressly consented. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In addition, data may be passed on to enforce claims arising from the business relationship on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where our legitimate interests outweigh those of the data subject.

7. Social Media

We currently use no social media plugins (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Should we use such plugins in future, this will be disclosed in this privacy policy and implemented in compliance with GDPR.
